Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within several business days.
Personalized products are produced in weekly batches and typically require 5–10 business days before shipment.

I need to change my order. What should I do?
Please email us as soon as possible.
We begin processing orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate changes to shipping addresses, colors, quantities, or other order details before fulfillment.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS depending on the destination and order contents.
At this time we do not offer FedEx shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ARTIFACT ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Personalized Products
How long do monogrammed or personalized products take?
Personalized products are produced in weekly batches and typically require 5–10 business days before shipment.
Because these products are customized specifically for you, personalized items are final sale.
Returns, Repairs & Warranty
Do you offer repairs?
Yes.
We repair many ARTIFACT bags and aprons including zipper replacements, stitching repairs, hardware replacement, and other wear-related issues.
Please email us photos and a description of the repair needed and we will provide an assessment.
What is your quality guarantee?
We stand behind our materials and workmanship.
If a product arrives with a defect in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it at our discretion within 90 days of purchase. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or accidents is not covered, though many issues can still be repaired for a reasonable fee.
What is your return policy?
ARTIFACT accepts returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or customized items
- Made-to-order products
- Final sale items
- Products purchased through retail partners

What materials do you use?
We use a range of durable materials including heavyweight cotton canvas, waxed canvas, leather, webbing, metal hardware, and reclaimed textiles.

What are up-cycled materials?
Some ARTIFACT products incorporate reclaimed, deadstock, vintage, or surplus materials that would otherwise go unused.
Because many of these materials are limited, some products are produced in very small batches and may not be restocked.
A product is out of stock. Will it return?
Many ARTIFACT products are produced in small batches and periodically restocked.
If a product is currently unavailable, use the “Notify Me” feature on the product page to receive an email when it returns.
Studio & Contact
Do you have a retail store?
We no longer operate a public retail store or showroom.
Local customers may select studio pickup during checkout for online orders.
Do you have a phone number?
We currently handle customer service primarily through email.
Our small team spends the majority of the workday in production, but we respond to emails as quickly as possible during business hours.
Do you offer wholesale or volume pricing?
Yes.
We offer wholesale pricing for select retailers and volume pricing for qualifying bulk or corporate orders.
