Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges of unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of damage not related to manufacturing defects
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified product defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Monogrammed or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Final sale products
- Items purchased through a retail partner
If your ARTIFACT product was purchased through one of our stockists or retail partners, please contact the original place of purchase directly regarding returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or product, please email us before sending your return.
Inventory for small-batch products can change quickly, and we will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on current availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Repairs
Many ARTIFACT products can be repaired long after purchase.
If your item has experienced wear or damage through regular use, please visit our Repairs page or email us with photos and a description of the issue.
We strongly believe in repairing products whenever practical rather than replacing them unnecessarily.
